Logistics

  • Format — In-person at Phoenix HQ, Bldg 3, Room 210. Remote attendees join via the internal Zoom bridge (link sent after signup).
  • Prerequisites — SSH access to the sandbox cluster (request via IT ticket if you don't have it), laptop with a terminal.
  • Capacity — 40 in-person seats, unlimited remote. In-person seats are first-come, first-served.
  • Recording — Day 2 incident drill is not recorded (live systems). All other sessions are recorded and posted internally within 48 hours.
